1. Tutor Cancellations:

   • If we cancel the online class, you will receive an automatic 100% refund.

2. Client Cancellations:

   • More than 24 hours in advance: 100% refund.

   • Between 24 and 4 hours in advance: 50% refund.

   • Less than 4 hours in advance: No refund.
